View Bills Online or make a Credit Card Payment

Customers can view their bills online now by logging into their account, or use the same website to use HCWD's Online Credit Card payment provider.  Viewing your last 12 month's bills is free, however there is a fee associated with a credit card payment.  To login, you will need your full account number and password from your bill.  The Office can be contacted if you have an issue logging in.  Follow the link below. Please be aware, this service may not show your true account balance as it is not a live system.  In addition, to avoid cutoff, bills must be paid prior to the 25th of the month as cutoff crews go out on the morning of the 25th of each month
